Front desk clerk was pleasant & efficient. Check in & out were quick for all 3 room we reserved. The rooms were clean as were the bathroom. AC worked well. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.

This hotel is strategically located in the middle of farm country in Western N.Y.. The bowling alley/pub has a vary good beef-on-wick. The excellent foot long hotdogs are served on homemade rolls. One of the few hotels with an outdoor pool. The pool area had a small pavilion with picnic tables, perfect for eating your beef-on-wick. The refrigerators are large enough to hold medium size coolers.

Great breakfast. Variety hot and cold foods. Clean rooms. One hall smelled like stale smoke, but might have just been other occupants. Great pool with real deep end.

It was great and had options for me because I have to be gluten free due to celiacs disease. The bacon was very tastey. The eggs were also pretty good. The potatoes could have had a little less rosemary but were good.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in after booking online, and the stay was quite enjoyable.

The property was very clean, check-in and check-out was very easy, the breakfast included was good, you could walk to grocery and/or restaurants, and the location was great for our visit to Letchworth State Park.
